A thorough check of the proposed advertising by an objective expert will minimise the risk of the content generating a complaint. With non-compliance penalties rising sharply this could save you a lot of money. In addition you will avoid potential reputational damage, wasted time (and more money) should the advertising need to be withdrawn, suspended, re-produced or substituted.
